For self-referred adults choosing anger management on their own terms — no court order, no probation officer, no employer directive. Just growth.
Not everyone who takes an anger management class is under a court order. A meaningful portion of our participants are Volunteer Participants — people who recognized the pattern in themselves and chose to do something about it before the pattern chose for them. Same ZOOM classes, same certified curriculum, same live human instructor. Different reason for showing up.
